Bernice Day, 74, (Mandan) died, October 29, 1992. She graduated from Mandan High School, attended two years at Dickinson Stata College and graduated from Morehead State University, She taught in Mandan, Glendive, Montana, Beulah and many rural schools in Morton County She married Edwin Day June 21, 1952, they lived in Carrington until Edwin died in 1957. Bernice then moved to Mandan and taught school until she retiring in 1982.
